Frisch's Big Boy Restaurant, Columbus, Ohio

Frisch, by 1954, decided to sell Frisch Big Boy burger bars as franchises. However, with not much in the way of brand guidelines, every Big Boy sign has a unique design. This is based on a version of the sign in Columbus, Ohio. The only concession was to change the statue to a more recent one and with the addition of the hat, which was a traditional part of the character that was dropped in later years.
